School Policies & Procedures

Arrival & Dismissal:

School Timings should be strictly followed. Students may enter their classrooms5 minutes before theclass timings and we expect all children to be collected by their parents no later than 10 minutes after their class timings. In case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances kindly inform the Admin Office.
ID cards must be sent by the person who is going to pick the child for security reasons otherwise the Management will not allow the child to leave the school premises. In case of lost of ID card, duplicate ID card will be issued with a penalty of Rs. 50.
Parents are not allowed to remain with the child during the school timings. In any exceptional case, mothers will be allowed to stay back by the Management’s decision only. Kindly do not enter the classrooms as this will result in disturbance and diversion of concentration of the children.

Arriving Late:

The students at all times should be encouraged to be punctual.

Absence:

If a child is absent for more than 3 consecutive days, a letter of excuse needs to be submitted on the day the child returns. These should be written on proper note paper, not scrap torn out of books and should be signed by a parent or guardian. Please note that in all cases of absence, except illness for which the doctor’s note was provided, the permission for absence rests with the administrator of the school.

Fee Procedures:

A fee challan will be issued by the date of 25th of every month reflecting the fees to be paid against that month. The fees should be paid till 7th of every month otherwise a surcharge of Rs. 500 will have to be paid.

Care & Cure Program:

We are vitally interested in the physical and psychological well being of each student. And for that Care & Cure Program is introduced by the school Management. In accordance with this health program already communicated, parents are request to pay Rs. 100 before July 25, 2009.

Behavior:

As a team it is our duty to enforce a uniform code of behavior. Any use of unacceptable language or loud or crude mannerism should be immediately checked and penalized.

Birthdays:

The parents may bring a treat for the class for their child’s birthday. However, 3 days’ notice must be given to the class Directress so she can prepare ahead of time for this day.

Snacks:

We firmly reinforce that the child must bring healthy snacks to school as well as ample amount of water as the primary thirst quencher instead of juices.
Junk food is not allowed.

Dress Code:

We encourage cleanliness in our children and recommend that they be dressed according to the weather conditions.
For the upcoming session, clean ironed summer uniform is recommended. The students of pre-primary section will have to wear white canvas shoes (boys and girls both) and students of primary section will have to wear polished black shoes (boys and girls both). Nails and hair will be checked regularly.

Traffic Instructions:

To maintain a safe and smooth traffic flow it is imperative that certain traffic rules must be followed.

Kindly keep in mind that the faster the mother leaves the quicker the child will adjust. Pun ctuality is very important. In order to inculcate the value of time we both have to go side by side. Kindly follow the school timings.
